In our customer’s Continuous Hot-Dip Galvanizing Line, Process Speed Rate has been increased from 83% to 95% for the High Coating Product (>180gr/m2), in 2021. The Lean 6 Sigma Methodology (DMAIC) was used at every stage of the project.
