As a part of production process improvement, Focus Engineering developed its own software solution - Focus ERP System.
The combination of information and production technologies manages the manufacturing process of spare parts for the Continuous Galvanizing Line from the planning to delivery in the customer workshop. The core of the IT solution of Focus ERP System is a barcode system that let to track each item of the customer’s order at each stage of the production process. Scanning the barcode attached to each manufacturing item provides full control and follows the current statement of production.
