Radiant Tubes are used in a part of the furnace in the Galvanizing Line. They are assembled as lower and upper groups in different numbers according to heat demand and capacity of the galvanizing line. Radiant Tube has very important role in increasing the furnace temperature by burning the mixture of air and natural gas in this tube with a suitable burner. The radiant tubes resist high temperatures for a long time without any leakage to furnace ambient, provide rapid transmission of combustion heat generated in radiant tubes to the environment and strip. Considering these, it can be manufactured with different material types giving the shape of a tube from cast or flat material.
